Dear friends,

We are only days away before the opening of Eclipse Festival 2007!

You can feel the anticipation in the air and we are very exited to see you again for this new experience on the Mont Radar, St-Sylvestre Ecovillage. We are preparing the most memorable and crazy edition since the creation of the festival.

All artists are confirmed and ready to blow your minds.

A new addition was also made to the deco, we are happy to announce the participation of SPAK (Bain- Mathieu/ Amazone nights), from the Society for Gigantic Art (SPAG).

More good news: a shower service will be offered on site this year! A bar and restaurant will also offer warm and cold goodies.

All the information concerning parking can now be found in the Service section of our website.

A bus/ shuttle service will be available from Montreal and Quebec city. Please consult the Bus section of our website.

Please respect the ecologic values of the Ecovillage and use the waste and recycling bins.

No fires will be allowed on site. Specific areas for fires will be determined by the Tech Safari team at precise locations. No glass bottles will be accepted on site. Please consult the Rules section of the website. If these rules are not respected during the festival, you will be asked to leave the site.

Doors will open at 1pm on Friday, July 27th and the festival closes its gates on Monday, July 30th at 1pm. No entries will be allowed on Friday before 1pm.

After having celebrated Eclipse north of the Laurentians for the last two years, Tech Safari is proud to present Eclipse 2007 in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. The festival will now be held on the picturesque green spaces of Saint-Sylvestre, at Mont-Radar’s (Mont Ste-Marguerite) Eco-village. The new and enchanting site is situated approximatly 2h30 from Montreal and 40 minutes from Quebec city.

July 27th to 30th, Tech Safari and Sumkidz (Om Festival), are proud to present the 7th Edition of Eclipse : Summer Electronic Music Festival!

For this full moon weekend and a midst the forest, international artists, musicians, circus performers, electronic and acoustic music, workshops and participants from 4 corners of the world will unite.

ÉCOVILLAGE DU MONT RADAR (MONT ST-MARGUERITE).

Message from the team of ecovillage!
An ecovillage is prensently being developped by the people from Mont- Radar, the first of it’s kind in the province. Music and art lovers, you are about to discover a unique site that goes trought an awesome metamorphosis… Hopefully to become a constructive model of sustainable developpement for Quebec’s society. In concrete terms, the ecovillage at Mont- Radar is a colored area, a diversified and creative living environement and those who wish to explore different ways to build a better world are welcome in this project of society. Each participant engaged in the project can own his ecological house and take part in the foundation that manages the vast domain of Mont-Radar. During the festival, the ecovillage staff will be in charge of waste management and recycling in regard of promoting ecological oriented events. We invite you to help us keeping the site clean and to follow our indications toward recycling so that Eclipse 2007 can become the first major electronic music Ecofestival.
